functionalities of Backup-Plugin (v. 0.9beta)

• full automatic creation of database backups by CRON-Job (gaps between executions are completely variable!)
• dump of all available backups is retrievable via web frontend within the administration area of ChemIS
• selection of listed backup files for the purpose of deletion or download on local work stations
