Support-services in detail

Beside the described support-levels you are free to ask for quotations concerning individual support-services.

• Installation-Service
  You will gain full Installation-Service, starting with the operating system of the Linux server, installation and configuration of needed software components from the coresponding distribution and ending with the installation of the product's web component and its database.
• User trainings
  Fitting your chosen licence we offer in-house lessions for all coming users including a software-presentation and all-day introductory courses for up to 30 people each.
• Update-Service
  This package includes all actions (remote maintenance) needed to install available updates for 24 months. After that you will still gain access to security- and bugfixes for free, but further actions on installing these patches will be charged to your account. Needless to say that you may instead obtain new service-contracts.
• Admin-Service (for the first three months)
  With this package you charge us with maintenance duties concerning your productive system, like periodic creations of data backups, or server- and database administration. Please contact us for more details on that.
